Blue Hyacinth Macaw

We have been writing factual reports on endangered animals in class. My animal was the Blue Hyacinth Macaw. It is is one of the most endangered birds in the world. There are only 2,500 left in the world today. The Blue Hyacinth Macaw can grow up to 1 meter long. It can be found all over Brazil but is mainly found in Southern Brazil (Rio). You may also know the bird from the movie 'Rio'. I chose this bird for its rich history, weird nature and the movie 'Rio'.

I hope you learnt something about the Blue Hyacinth Macaw
