During school we have been training for the athletics at Lower Moutere. We have to practice high jump, long jump, discus, shot put, relays, 80m and 100m sprints and 1500m run. We have been doing a P.E activity where you have to jog then sprint then jog and so on around the rugby field. It was hard when we first started doing it but then they started to get easier. We have been starting to practice high jump and long jump which is quite easy. We also have been doing relays and have sorted out our teams.

Athletics Practice
