The Mid Winter Swim and Duck Race

On Sunday it was the mid winter swim and duck race at Kaiteriteri.

There were heaps of people there and activities like the big dig and the big N.B.S bouncy castle.

There was some really good baking there, it was so good.

Mrs Sutton got sponsored to go swimming in the freezing cold water, there were a few people in the water but not too many.

I threw a bag of ducks off the bridge for the race.

Most of the day I was going backwards and forward to the Beached Whale getting all of the cooked chips and taking them to the pie warmer for people to buy.

I had a really good day and I think everybody else did.
